• All dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated and have current vaccination certificates.
  
  
• We do not accept responsibility for any virus contracted in the kennels e.g. kennel cough, enteritis etc., loss or damage to persons property.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse any pet which in our opinion is unhealthy on arrival.

• Any pet that is taken ill during its stay will be treated by our vet at the owners expense.

• Studholme Kennels will not be liable for the excess on your own pet insurance.

• Accommodation is reserved from the time we receive your booking.

• No reduction is given if own food is provided.

• Charges are from day of arrival until 12noon on the day of departure.

• Payment to be made on collection, no deposit is required.

• Cash or cheque only (when supported by a current cheque guarantee card).
