Terms and conditions

All dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated and have current vaccination certificates. We need to carry a copy of this so please bring a photocopy with you alternatively we will photocopy it for you.
We do not accept responsibility for any virus contracted in the kennels e.g. kennel cough, enteritis etc, loss or damage to persons property.
We reserve the right to refuse any pet which in our opinion is unhealthy on arrival.
Any pet that is taken ill during its stay will be treated by our vet at the owners expense, this includes treatment for worming, fleas and ticks if diagnosed.
Studholme Kennels will not be liable for the excess on your own pet insurance.
Accommodation is reserved from the time we receive your booking.
No reduction is given if own food is provided.
Charges are from day of arrival until 12noon on the day of departure.
Full payment to be made on collection, no deposit is required.
Cash or cheque only (when supported by a current cheque guarantee card)
Charges run from the day of arrival until midday on the day of collection.
All booked days will be charged for.
